We gladly accept returns within 14 days. If you wish to return your item(s), please follow the guidelines below. If you choose to return your order, please reuse our reusable packaging.

How to return purchased items

GET IN CONTACT

We want to enable paperless returns. Therefore, please first send a message to with your name and order number stating what you want to return.

We will respond to your message within 24 hours on weekdays.

RETURN YOUR ORDER

After our exchange, please return your package to:

GET A REFUND

Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund.

Depending on the payment method and issuer, it may take a couple of hours up to a few days until the refund is credited to your account.

How to return rental items

VISIT OUR APP

PPlease either tap the tag on the COVER or visit our app and press the NFC icon ( NFC icon with outline black ) on the left side at the bottom. Click 'CHECK-OUT' and either choose 'SEND IT BACK', 'ASSIGN TO A FRIEND', or 'SWAP WITH A FRIEND', and follow the further detailed instructions. If the COVER is damaged, please 'SAY GOODBYE'.

RETURN YOUR COVER

Please either return your COVER to the mentioned address, assign it to a friend, or swap it with a friend.

GET A REFUND

Once we have received the returned item or the exchange has been registered in our system, you will be credited 1 token to your account. You can collect tokens and save them for a later point, use them to get a COVER that fits your needs, sponsor moves for friends or family members, or donate them to tree planting.

RENTAL ITEMS

Please do send the rental items back if you can't make use of them or if they are demaged.

If you have ordered them in our store, please reuse the original packaging.


PURCHASED ITEMS

We gladly accept returns and offer you 14 days of return from the day you receive your package.

Purchased items can be returned within 14 days after receiving the parcel and must be returned unused.

The responsibility for the item(s is yours until the item(s) has(have) been delivered on the listed return address. For your own safety, please keep your postage receipt with the tracking number until you have received your refund.

At the moment, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please place a new order for the right one.

All orders are sent in sustainable and reusable shipping bags made from recycled materials. If you choose to return your order, please reuse the original packaging.

Returns are at your own expense.
