THE DELIVERY PROCESS
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation with all details of your purchase.
All orders placed before 12 pm (CET) on a working day are usually shipped within the same day. In busy sale periods, we do our very best to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 working days.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e‑mail confirmation. On the same day, youwill receive a tracking number by e‑mail sent directly from the courier.

Free Shipping applies to all orders above 50 Euro.
On orders below 50 Euro, a 4.99 Euro shipping fee will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time is 2 to 5 working days.

THE EU
Free shipping applies to all orders above 75 Euro.
On orders below 75 Euro, a 7.99 Euro shipping fee will be added to your order.
Standard delivery time is 5 to 10 working days.

OUTSIDE THE EU
Free shipping applies to all orders above 100 Euro.
On orders below 100 EUR, a 9.99 Euro shipping fee will be added to your order.
